As you can see, I think A LOT.
In a zoo or in the wild? A zoo...I don't know, but in the wild;
1. You need land...a game farm with the right habitat which will be mostly in southern Africa up to Kenya ( some of these are not found everywher in southern Africa like the Ankole Watusi, gazelle and a few others).
2. You need a recognized Wildlife Management qualification or something similar & preferably some experience.(This is when you start at the top.)
3. Starting at the bottom you can start by getting a Nature Conservationist/ Game Ranger qualification and try to work your way up, but if you don't have the finance for the land you'll have to look for a private sponsor.
4. To take care of them individually will be time and labor intensive, like zoos.
